CHRISTOPHER ABBOTT è un rinomato attore di teatro e del grande schermo; al momento è impegnato sul set del prossimo film di Yorgos Lanthimos Poor Things. Nel cast troviamo Emma Stone, Willem Dafoe, Jerrod Carmichael, Mark Ruffalo e Ramy Youssef.
Di recente ha recitato nel primo film come regista di Jerrod Carmichael per Annapurna On the Count of Three, presentato al Sundance Film Festival nel 2021; in The Forgiven di John Michael McDonagh, con Ralph Fiennes, presentato in anteprima al Toronto International Film Festival a inizio 2021; ne Il mondo che verrà di Mona Fastvold, con Katherine Waterston, Casey Affleck e Vanessa Kirby, presentato al festival di Venezia nel 2020; il thriller di Brandon Cronenberg Possessor, con Andrea Riseborough, che ha debuttato al Sundance nel 2020; e il film meta-drammatico di Lawrence Michael Levine Black Bear con Aubrey Plaza e Sarah Gadon, presentato in anteprima al Sundance nel 2020.
Nel gennaio del 2020, Christopher Abbott è stato candidato al Golden Globe come Miglior attore per il suo ruolo di protagonista nella miniserie Comma 22 di Hulu diretta da George Clooney.
